1): The demolition of an existing shed and the rear 3 storey annex of an existing derelict dwelling, ‘Millmount House’, which is also a protected structure (NIAH Ref: 15310088) and for 2): the provision of 7 new residential units to include a): the construction of a two storey terrace of 3 no. 2 bed apartments; and b): The conversion and new rear extension with internal and external alterations of the existing 2 storey over basement Millmount House into 2 no. 1 bed apartments within the main house and 2 no. 2 bed apartments to the rear within a new rear 3 storey extension. Works to include the conversion of the existing basement into bin and bicycle storage for the development; a new carparking and road layout; landscaping; alterations to existing boundaries including a new gate at entrance to development and a new pedestrian entrance along Ballinderry road; and all ancillary site development works. The works are to be carried out on lands that include a section of boundary wall which is also a protected structure (NIAH Ref: 15310089)
