Westmeath, N37 F2P3, Ireland, on the ground floor and with vacant apartments on the first floor; and Construction of a part 3, part 4 and part 5 storey mixed-use building containing 6 no. retail units at ground floor with dedicated bin storage and associated 6 no. bicycle parking spaces. 21 no. apartments on the upper floors, containing 2 no. one-bedroom, 16 no. two-bedroom and 3 no. three-bedroom.
