the refurbishment with all associated internal and external alterations of the ground and first floor layout of an existing hotel and restaurant building, which is a protected structure (RPS No.: 039-027 & NIAH Ref.: 15322038); for internal alterations to an ancillary self-catering apartment; and all associated site development works. Works to Include:1) Revised ground and first floor lobby areas with addition of a new passenger lift, a relocated universal access toilet at ground level, and removal of a raised office at first floor level; 2) The remodeling of the existing 7 no. en-suite bedrooms at first floor level into 6 no. en-suite bedrooms to include a universal access unit; 3) The conversion of the west wing office area at first floor level into two new en-suite bedrooms; 4) external alterations to the hotel to include a new escape door at ground floor level and two new dormer windows at first floor level overlooking the existing inner courtyard; 5) Internal alterations to an ancillary self-catering 2 bed apartment into 4 new en-suite bedrooms to include a universal access unit and emergency escape for the adjacent hotel; and 6) all associated site development works
