Proposed development

development which will consist of: 1) Increasing the roof height of an existing building by approximately 2.5 meters to achieve a new maximum height above finished ground level of 12.17 meters. It is also proposed to construct an extension to the same building with an approximate gross floor area of 350 sq. m, and again with maximum height above finished ground level of 12.17 meters; 2) Provision of concrete hardstanding area surrounding the proposed shed extension; 3) Installation of stormwater drainage and treatment infrastructure, comprising of interceptor and attenuation tank; and 4) All ancillary site development works. The proposed development will require a review of the existing "Waste Facility Permit" which will be sought through a separate application through Westmeath County Council
