Proposed development

to retain indefinitely the existing portal frame structure and retain indefinitely the cladding (sides and roof) of the single storey agricultural building consisting of 1700m2 __ to be used (a) for the housing of their livestock, (b) the storage of hay, straw and fodder and (c) for an exercise area for the equine section of their livestock. (2) Planning Permission to complete the necessary internal and external works of the re-erected (structure and cladding) single storey agricultural building, including the application of finishes and the installation of all necessary services. All as an extension of their existing farmyard layout.
