Demolition and removal of an existing detached timber garage measuring approximately 8.6 m × 4.0 m with an overall ridge height of approximately 3.0 m and the construction of a replacement detached insulated steel garage for domestic use, measuring approximately 8.0 m × 4.0 m with an eaves height of approximately 2.5 m and an overall ridge height of approximately 3.0 m. The proposed garage will be constructed using insulated 40 mm composite steel panels on a rebated reinforced concrete base and will incorporate a roller shutter door and a pedestrian access door. The garage will remain ancillary to the existing dwellinghouse and will be used solely for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse. No commercial, industrial or residential use is proposed.
