Proposed development

This development consists of retention of alterations to works approved under planning ref. 20/871 which include – Changes to internal layout of 8 no apartments within the Convent Building as was required on site, to achieve Fire Compliance & preserve the integrity of the existing structure, consisting; change of 5 No Apts. from 1-Bed units to Studios, change of one 1-Bed to a 2-Bed apartment, change of one 2-bed to a Studio apartment and change of one 2-bed to a 1-Bed apartment. Substitution of the as approved new and replacement windows throughout the development with u-PVC windows to match existing. Changes to the number of new dormer windows built & locations of some dormers to the roof of the Convent Building. Replacement natural slate finish to the roofs of the Convent Building, Presbytery House and School and Courtyard Buildings in lieu of existing. Alterations to Courtyard Buildings as approved including substitution of plaster finish in lieu of approved timber cladding to select areas and change to the permitted external stairs finish to metal in lieu of masonry. Alterations to site works including; alterations to footpaths, alterations to internal roads layouts, provision of new retaining walls, alterations to car parking layouts, relocation of esb sub-station, removal of stepped access through front green, alterations to bin store locations, adjustment of site levels and any relevant site works. Retention of existing shed at Courtyard Building, which was to be demolished and PLANNING PERMISSION to replace rear boundary of Courtyard Building 2 with concrete block wall as approved. Reinstating bike stores, landscaping, all as approved.
