This development will consist of: demolition to the existing western stair core and construction of a 2-storey extension compromising of 26 single bedrooms with en suites, clinical support areas, sanitary facilities, communal areas & a plant room at ground floor level. The development will also comprise of internal first floor layout alterations & elevational amendments to the central south facing block to result in further additional 4 no. single bedrooms bringing the total provision of additional bed spaces to 30. Permission is also sought for the provision of additional 13 car parking spaces increasing the total provision to 60 no. parking spaces; new open landscaped amenity spaces: an external bin enclosure & all other associated site works.
