Proposed development

the construction of a car rental hub comprising of 101m2, single storey office building along with an adjoining canopy to be used as a car wash/valeting bay. Site works to consist of a new entrance from the R680 road, 45 No. car parking spaces to include EV charging and disabled access spaces, landscaping, lighting, entrance gates, signage, boundary treatment, foul pumping station with connection to public foul sewer via a rising foul mains and water mains connection, together with all associated site development works. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) accompanies this application.
