The development will include the provision for the construction of service road, footpaths, grass margins, public lighting, 2m boundary wall treatment around the site boundaries and connecting to public mains water, open space, storm water and foul water services within the adjacent housing development and to connect to existing services on site and adjacent site boundaries and all associated site works.
