A pedestrian path and cycle path is provided transversing this proposed housing estate, exiting to the N25 public road at the designated bus stop and allowing access to the existing village services from the GAA Centre and from St Annes Court housing to the South of the proposed housing layout. Also the installation of all necessary estate site development works and services, including foul drainage to the existing nearby Local Authority treatment plant, storm water attenuation outfalling to existing watercourse and connection of domestic water supply from the public mains on the adjoining N25 public road.
