Residential dwelling (Main House Building c. 302 sqm); with associated external bedroom building (c. 76 s qm); Pool Building (c. 256 sqm) and Stable Block (c. 156 sqm); with all associated site works. The proposed vehicular and pedestrian access into the development is via a reconfigured entrance to the northern boundary of the site. The development will also consist of internal pathways; hard and soft landscaping; boundary treatments, including the repair and replacement of some existing boundary treatments (c. 153 m) partial removal of existing hedgerow (c. 42 m), with reinstatement and enhancement of existing hedgerow (c. 42 m), with reinstatement and enhancement of existing hedgerow (c. 52 m). The existing septic tank is to be decommissioned and replaced with a new wastewater treatment system and a new bored well on site.
