(5)Relocating portion of public open space (P.O.S) to the front of house no.s 13, 14, 15 & 16 (Block B) (6) Decreasing rear garden spaces in Block A to allow for additional dwellings at Block B. (7) Relocating/moving Block B back towards southern boundary decreasing rear garden spaces and increasing car park and recreational areas. (8) Amending footpath layouts to suit above mentioned amendments, all works together with all associated site works.
