The roadway to be used for infilling and when complete to be used as cow road to access lands for farming purposes. 2)PERMISSION for covering outcrops of rock in an agricultural field with imported sub soil and topsoil to an average depth of approximately 2 to 8 meters (extension to area previously granted under PL17/345). 3) The annual amount of material will not exceed 24,000 tonnes. 4) Permission for new entrance to site reverting the existing entrance to field gate as previously existed. and all associated site works.
