Works to include: Reinstatement of lead mono-pitch roof, new lime render exterior, new timber doors and sash windows, new cast aluminium rain water goods, new concrete floor, M&E installation, new lime silicate insulation board to internal face of external walls, new internal finishes, replacement of timber gates with wrought iron gates. 4:Restoration of West Barn as energy centre. Works to include: Replacement of metal roof with new natural slated roof on new roof structure, and associated flashings and rainwater goods. Reconstruction of west wall in rubble stone to match existing, with 4no new arched door openings, new glazed and timber double doors. New windows and doors to east elevation, new lime silicate insulation board to internal face of external walls, new concrete floor slab throughout, new M&E installation, internal finishes and fittings throughout. The gate houses and west barn are located within the curtilage of a PROTECTED STRUCTURE.
