changes to previously approved planning permission (planning reference number 24/60683). The proposed amendments will consist of the omission of the approved two-storey extension to the rear, to be replaced with a single-storey extension to the rear. The development will also consist of the restoration, alteration, and incorporation of an existing detached stone shed to the rear into the new single-storey extension layout to form part of the new internal floor plan. The development includes the new entrance and septic tank with percolation area as previously approved, and all ancillary site works
