The 2 No. detached dwellings, Type E1 and Type E2, are to be located along the R660 road each with separate vehicular access off this road to each dwelling. The proposed development includes vehicular connection through the existing Longfield Park estate entrance, connection to existing services, the completion of public open space, and all associated infrastructure works. This development forms the proposed completion of an unfinished permitted development under Planning Ref. No. 04/1574
