the development of lands involving the following works within the curtilage of a Protected Structure (RPS reference no. 10, TRPS2396): a) development of a single storey extension, to the north of the existing hospital, to accommodate 5 no. consulting rooms, 2 no. triage rooms, physiotherapy room, day space and associated support accommodation, b) development of a new link corridor to connect the extension to the existing hospital, c) a new carpark, to the north of the hospital campus, providing 50 no. new car park spaces, d) alterations to the set down area to the front (west) of the existing hospital, e) a new canopy to connect the set down area to the new extension, f) new public lighting & landscaping along with all associated ancillary site services
