Ref. 51/22930 (the maximum roof height permitted was +59.53 and the dwelling was constructed with a maximum roof height of +57.58) and PERMISSION for the completion of the partially constructed garage (provision of wall, roof and shutter); the provision of a landscaped deck garden at ground floor level (partially above the garage); the construction of a glass balustrade and planting on the retaining wall to the rear (north-west); the construction of an access landing area at the first floor level to allow access to the existing doorway to the south-west; the provision of access stairs and decks; ancillary landscaping (including grass, hedging and planting); site boundary works including timber fencing to match existing, and provision of gates and walls to enclose the site; and all site development works above and below ground
