It is further proposed to make modifications to the existing roof of the dwelling whereby removing a portion of the roof (hipped portion) and constructing a standard gable , hence altering the dwellings existing side elevation, with an additional window to extended gable / side elevation, and to construct a flat roof dormer unit to the rear of the existing roof of the dwelling with 2 no. windows, with all necessary and associated site works.
