The construction of a new, single storey security building and the construction of a new vehicular security enclosure with new security fencing and a second set of matching inner gates. The rearrangement of the two existing accessible parking spaces and the relocation of 7 car parking spaces to the southern boundary of the site, retaining 24 car parking spaces on the site overall as per PP SD17A/0448.
