F5E House type, an end-terrace, 3 storey, five bedroom dwelling, and 1 no. F5E2 House type, an end-terrace, 3 storey, five bedroom dwelling. Totalling 8 no. dwellings. Amendments to the surface parking within the development, the provision of bin and bike stores for the mid-terrace dwellings, along with all other ancillary site works.
