Alterations & additions to an existing 2-storey semi-detached dwelling, comprising the demolition of an existing single storey & conservatory extension to the rear, and the construction of a new single storey extension to the rear in lieu of same. The proposed works will also comprise the extension of the existing main roof to the gable-end and the conversion of the attic space incorporating a new dormer window to the rear elevation, together with new velux rooflights to the front, side, and rear elevations. The proposed works will also include the conversion of an existing garage space to the gable-end of the dwelling, with a new window to the front elevation and the construction of a new main entrance porch extension to the front elevation, together with alterations comprising the widening of the existing vehicular site entrance to provide for access for 2no. vehicles, together with all ancillary site works.
