The works will require moderate internal alterations and adaptations to the existing layout and the provision of a new ground floor utility window facing onto the Southern side passage. The works will include for all necessary external site works, inclusive of the provision of a covered section of side passage in the form of a sub-25 sqm timber lean-to shed structure.
