Proposed underground sprinkler pumphouse, 68sqm, 2.8m deep with FFL at 3.25m below the front yard level. 5. Proposed access lobby enclosure (to the underground pump house), 34sqm, 2.85m high, located on the front south-eastern elevation. 6. Minor associated drainage adjustments due to the inclusion of the alterations above. All other details will remain as per the granted application Reg. Ref. SD23A/0342.
