The development consists of retention planning permission which is sought for 7 No. additional apartment units to that permitted under Reg. Ref. SD18A/0285 and SD16A/0269 to now provide for 44 No. units (3 No's studios, 36 No's two bed units and 5 No's three bed units) in lieu of the permitted 37 No. apartment units with associated internal alterations to accommodate them within the existing 4-5 storey building known as Larkfield House. Planning permission is sought for elevation treatments to include balconies/terraces, revisions to the permitted layout (Reg. Ref SD18A/0285 and SD16A/0269) to now provide for 49 no. car parking spaces to be accessed from Coldcut road, bin stores, 112 No. bicycle spaces, landscaping including communal open space, 1 no. ESB substation, boundary treatments and all associated site and engineering works necessary to facilitate the development.
