Modifications to the LRD permission under Reg. Modifications to 124 no. permitted duplex apartment units, in Plots 2, 9, 12, 15, 16, 17, 20 and 23, comprising 106 no. 2-bedroom units and 18 no. 3-bedroom units. The proposed modifications involve the replacement of permitted three-storey duplex apartment blocks, comprising ground-floor duplex units with two-storey duplex units above, with revised two-storey duplex apartment blocks comprising ground-floor duplex units with single-storey upper units above, as follows: Replacement of 52 no. permitted 2-bedroom units comprising Duplex Types D and D1 (and associated variants) with 52 no. revised 2-bedroom units comprising Duplex Type DTR (and associated variants); Replacement of 8 no. permitted 3-bedroom units comprising Duplex Type D2 (and associated variants) with 8 no. revised 3-bedroom units comprising Duplex Type DTS (and associated variants); Replacement of 54 no. permitted 2-bedroom units comprising Duplex Types D3 and D5 (and associated variants) with 54 no. revised 2-bedroom units comprising Duplex Type DTW (and associated variants); Replacement of 10 no. permitted 3-bedroom units comprising Duplex Type D4 (and associated variants) with 10 no. revised 3-bedroom units comprising Duplex Type DTV (and associated variants); and Associated revisions to elevations, facade treatments, fenestration, internal layouts, storage arrangements and unit access arrangements. The permitted LRD development (Reg. Ref.: LRD22A/0002) provides 635 no. residential units and the proposed modifications comprise revisions to 124 no. permitted duplex units only. No change is proposed to the overall number of residential units or approved housing mix. The proposed development includes all associated site development works necessary to facilitate the proposed modifications.
