Proposed unit is a half-size shipping container, painted matte black, with tasteful natural wood cladding actually from Cruagh Wood and from the same wood a daily grind coffee logo affixed to the exterior. it will include a serving hatch on one side and an access door on the other. inside it will be fitted with two fridges, a commercial coffee machine, sandwich press, worktop, shelving and two sinks to meet hygiene (EHO) standards. I will be the sole operator inside, and all products will be takeaway only thing 2m x 4m bench area where customers queue safely away from car traffic
