Proposed development

The proposed development is for the reclamation of approximately 1 Ha of land through infilling with soil and stone to re-contour a suitable agricultural surface to allow machinery to cultivate and manage the lands. The current land condition is marginal lands , soft and uneven with a dipping slope from east to west and unable to be traversed with agricultural machinery for most of the year. The area to the north of the lands has a sharp drop and poses a Health & safety risk to land users and animals.
