We, St. Michaels GAA Club, wish to apply for full planning permission for the following works: 1. permission to upgrade the existing clubhouse from a single storey to a two-storey structure, the extended building will encompass larger changing room facilities on the ground floor. 2. The 1st floor will include a meeting room, kitchen area, viewing balcony and additional toilet facilities. 3. To construct 2 no. ground floor single storey extensions to the existing clubhouse to include additional toilet facilities and storage facilities. 4. To construct a pedestrian pathway around the perimeter of the facility to include low level lighting. 5. To construct a pedestrian pathway to connect both existing GAA pitches. 6. To construct spectator perimeter fencing on both pitches. 7. To fit solar panels to the roof of the new 2 storey building. 8. To construct a new spectator stand, scoreboard and all ancillary works. The works are located at St. Michaels GAA Club, Kingsfort, Ballintogher, Co. Sligo.
