1. Demolish of the following; a. Existing boat shed building to the south of the site. b. Storerooms attached to the main building on the northern boundary c. Entrance Lobby located on the main building to the west of the site 2. Removal of the following; a. Existing modular toilet block located on the school yard, b. 2no modular classrooms to the north of the site. 3. Construction and alteration of the existing school building for a new two storey extension at the north of the site consisting of 11no classrooms including all ancillary accommodation and an entrance canopy. 4. Construction of a single storey extension to provide Special Education Needs Accommodation with attached external soft play area to the southwestern side of the site. 5. Associated internal and external alterations to facilitate the proposed extensions. 6. Relocation of the southern boundary wall along main road (L3204) to provide a bus drop off lane. 7. Construction of carparking within the main vehicle entrance with associated EV charge point. 8. Reconfiguration of an existing hardstanding area to provide additional parking to the rear of the existing sports hall with a modified access route. 9. Removal of the existing astro-pitch to facilitate the new two storey extension and construction of 2no multi-use games area with boundary treatment, fencing and lighting. 10. Relocation of the existing gas tank and compound from the southern to the northern boundary. 11. All associated works and site works including landscaping, bike shelter, street lighting, flag poles, boundary treatment, retaining structures, service yard and the connection to the existing surface and foul drainage system
