Reconfiguration of an existing hardstanding area to provide additional parking to the rear of the existing sports hall with a modified access route. 9. Removal of the existing astro-pitch to facilitate the new two storey extension and construction of 2no multi-use games area with boundary treatment, fencing and lighting. 10. Relocation of the existing gas tank and compound from the southern to the northern boundary. 11. All associated works and site works including landscaping, bike shelter, street lighting, flag poles, boundary treatment, retaining structures, service yard and the connection to the existing surface and foul drainage system
