We are applying for planning permission to, i) fully complete rear extension, ii) fully complete front porch, iii) construct new roof over the dwelling with raised eaves and ridge level, iv) raise internal floors and ceilings heights in-line with current building regulations, v) raise all existing ground and first floor windowsill and head levels in-line with new internal floor levels. All works as per drawings and documentation submitted together with all ancillary site works and services
