Proposed development
The development will consist of: 1. Demolition of approx. 86.5m² two-storey derelict building with front elevation to be reinstated and change of use from dwelling to hostel 2. Construction of a 396m², 15 No. bedroom hostel to the rear and side of the reinstated derelict building described above 3. 17 no. residential units consisting of 5 no. 2 bed units, 8 no. 3 bed units and 4 no. 5 bed units 4. Demolition of existing derelict shed approx. 86m² 5. Demolition of approx. 139.7m² existing two-storey derelict dwelling (niah no. 32309002), with street and gable elevations to be reinstated and extended, additional extension to side and rear, and change of use from a dwelling to a restaurant 6. Associated site works including parking, riverside walk and site services. The proposed application will be accompanied by a Natura Impact Statement.
