The development consists of retention of demolition of existing concrete block wall and partial demolition of stone masonry wall within the curtilage of the protected structure, and will consist of proposed revisions to layout of existing car park and yard areas, including those within the curtilage of the protected structure, to provide a total of 100 no. car parking spaces comprised of an additional 30 no. car parking spaces, comprised of 28 no. car parking spaces within the carpark, and 2 no. car parking spaces accessed from Deepwater Quay; amendments to existing 70 no. car parking spaces to include revised layout to delineate 12 no. Informal car parking spaces, increase the number of accessible car parking spaces, the addition of bollards to delineate car park and yard areas, and new palisade fence to form revised boundary to yard to protected structure; works to stabilise stone masonry wall within the curtilage of the protected structure, and all associated ancillary site works and services. No works are proposed to the protected structure
