The proposed development will consist of: (a) a public park including naturalised planting, tree planting and pedestrian paths; (b) a new community centre of 1,566 m² incorporating the retained walls of the existing derelict coach house; (c) refurbishment and internal reconfiguration of the existing derelict Claremont House as a Park Pavilion of 388 m²; (d) 4 no. glamping units ancillary to the Park Pavilion; (e) vehicular and pedestrian access onto the R363, car and bicycle parking; and (f) connection to public water and wastewater services, surface water drainage, and all associated landscaping and site works.
