The development will consist of a revised internal layout of the permitted workshop building, resulting in a partial change of use of a permitted storeroom, to a control room with an office and communications room, and the change of use of the permitted office to a kitchenette. The total size of the workshop building will remain unchanged. The gas-fired power plant development permitted under Reg. Ref. PD/18/256 includes activities which are subject to an Industrial Emissions Licence under ref. P1197-01 at
