The proposed amendment will consist of; i. The development of a wayfinding Thematic Experience to enhance the permitted recreational shared cycle and walkway on Bord na Móna lands. The Thematic Experience will consist of a truncated pyramid landmark structure comprising a rainwater fountain and a perimeter drain. ii. The provision of PV panels, bicycle parking, staggered gates, associated hard and soft landscaping and all other ancillary and associated site work
