Proposed development

Permission is also being sought for a new dwelling house, domestic garage, treatment system and percolation area, removal of existing mobile home, demolition of existing storage shed and decommissioning of temporary septic tank and all associated siteworks. It should be noted that the applicant intends to reside in the temporary mobile home on site and use the temporary septic tank on site until the permanent house is constructed. The removal of the mobile home and temporary septic tank will take place after the proposed house has been completed
