THE APPLICATION AREA IS ENTIRELY WITHIN THE WIDER PIT AREA WHICH WAS PREVIOUSLY THE SUBJECT OF SUBSTITUTE CONSENT PERMISSION 19.SU.0095'. THE APPLICATION AREA IS OVER A TOTAL AREA OF 3.996 HECTARES; A FIVE-YEAR TERM IS REQUIRED FOR THIS DEVELOPMENT
