The proposed development seeking planning permission will require a 'Waste Facility Permit' for the acceptance and processing of the in-coming waste, which will be sought through a separate application to Monaghan County Council. The proposed development seeking planning permission will require registration with Environmental Protection Agency for End of Waste recovery under the National End-of-Waste Decision EoWN00l/ 2023 criteria
