permission for the proposed works will comprise of alterations to existing Potting Sheds and change of use to Artist's Studios (previously approved PL 19/574). Works will include an increase in floor area, alterations to the floor plan and elevations, development of a ramp access, canopy and alterations to the external staircase to the tower. Also pergola/ramp link between Potting Sheds and Dance Studio and internal alterations to Dance Studio.
