Proposed development

Planning permission is sought for: • An increase in the volume of waste plastic to be accepted at the existing facility from 4,800 tonnes per annum to 23,000 tonnes per annum; • Demolition of existing storage building; • Expansion of plastic film storage area by an additional 865 sq.m; • Erection of new screen walls to the expanded plastic film storage area; • Repositioning of moveable retaining concrete ‘A’ walls within expanded plastic film storage area; • Erection of 2 no. external canopies on the production building; and • All associated site and development works. The proposed development relates to an activity which will require a review of the existing Waste Facility Permit No. WFP-MN-12-0001-08 issued by Monaghan County Council, Significant Further Information received relates to submitted, Environmental Noise Survey, Proposed Services layout, response to Traffic & Transport issues, water protection plan checklist, site layout plan
