10-year planning permission for development at this c. 0.392ha site at the existing Kilbride Wastewater Pumping Station (WwPS), located in the townland of Priest Town, Kilbride, Co. Meath. The development will consist of the upgrade and extension of the existing Kilbride Wastewater Pumping Station: 1. Alterations to the existing Kilbride Wastewater Pumping Station (WwPS), comprising: a) Demolition of the existing odour control unit and a section of existing access road. b) Removal of existing site fencing and trees on the northern and eastern boundaries. c) Removal of existing lamp post, existing freestanding signage and existing disconnected electrical pole. d) Diversion of existing overhead ESB electricity cables to facilitate emergency storage tank installation. 2. Construction of new elements at the Kilbride Wastewater Pumping Station (WwPS), comprising: a) Construction of a new by-pass penstock screened inlet chamber adjacent to the existing wet well and associated interconnecting pipework. b) Construction of a new emergency storage tank and associated equipment including passive vent stack, facilities, vehicle and maintenance access, interconnecting pipework and manholes, and ducting to existing control room. c) Construction of a new vacuum pump kiosk with ducting to existing control room for emergency storage cleaning system. d) Construction of a new carbon filter odour control unit with vent stack for the existing wet well and dry well and a new fixed gas detection system. e) Construction of a new palisade site fencing on the northern and eastern boundaries. f) Installation of task lighting for new odour control unit, new vacuum pump kiosk and new emergency storage tank vehicle access area. g) Proposed hard and soft landscaping works to include screen planting and hedging. h) All associated ancillary works including site works and temporary working areas
