the development will consist of retention permission for demolition of existing dormer style habitable house and rebuilding of a new two storey dwelling with larger extended footprint to include a front gable, a single storey sunroom to side and a rear single storey utility room. The northeast side elevation has an additional opaque bathroom window at first floor level and a ridge type skylight has been included to the front and rear of the new main roof
