the development consists of the provision of 1 No. overground, liquid digestate storage tank (capacity of c.9,422m?) within a bunded concrete area, and associated pipework which will connect to the existing Anaerobic Digestor, at the College Proteins site to the west. The maximum height of the proposed development is c. 14m above ground level. The proposed development will also consist of soft landscaping including boundary treatments, and all other associated site development works above and below ground. The application relates to development which comprises or is for the purposes of an activity requiring an Industrial Emissions Licence
