the development consists of the change of use of a stone farm outbuilding into a single storey domestic dwelling with mezzanine storage, internal entrance off existing entrance and private roadway, detached domestic storage shed and septic tank. The development will consist of the installation of a pumping chamber next to the existing conventional septic tank and the construction of a soil polishing filter to serve this development. Permission is also sought for associated site works and services
