the retention of a 2 storey steel clad shed, for the keeping of horses, and which is located to the side of the existing dwelling permitted under Planning Reference N/A150941. Retention permission is also sought for the change of use of part of this shed for use ancillary to the main dwelling comprising, home office, home gym, & utility space, connection to existing wastewater disposal system. This shed contains a mezzanine storage area with a floor area of 28.5m2 which is located over the ancillary space. Retention permission is also sought for the operation of a nursery within the grounds of this property which supplies to the markets, and which shall not be open to the public, and all associated site works and services. Permission is sought to close up access to the shared entrance previously approved and, contrary to conditions 2(a) and 7 attached to previous planning permission NA150, upgrade the existing agricultural entrance for use a vehicular entrance onto local Road L3400-25, and all ancillary site works
