Permission for a Large-Scale Residential Development - Permission for the following Large-Scale Residential Development (LRD) comprising of i) the construction of 124 no. apartments in blocks A, B and C ranging in height from 4-5 storeys ; ii) a foul pumping station iii) and all ancillary development works including footpaths, cycle lanes, car and bicycle parking, drainage, public lighting, an ESB substation; and landscaping/amenity areas at this site located in Bennetstown (townland) to the south of the M3 Parkway park and ride and rail station, Dunboyne North, Co. Meath. The proposed development will replace 76 no. apartments previously permitted under Meath County Council Ref. 23/60290 (An Coimisiún Pleanála ref. 320049-24). An Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) addendum report has been submitted to the planning authority with the application. The EIAR addendum report will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy during public opening hours at the offices of the Local Authority.
