The development will involve the following works: (i) Refurbishment of the existing single storey pitched roof cottage (ii) Removal of an existing non-original boot room extension (14 sq.m), (iii) Removal of existing metal field gate, (iv) Construction of a new part two-storey, part single-storey extension (325 sq.m) comprising four bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, utility room and associated ancillary spaces, (v) External finishes to consist of random coursed stone blockwork with metal roofing, (vi) Provision of native hedging along the site perimeter, (vii) Native tree planting throughout the garden area. (viii) The development will also include landscaping and all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.
