At Ground Floor Plan: Retention of Change of Use of 77m2 of Ancillary Offices and Staff Facilities Area to Warehouse due to the above alterations, resulting in 883m2 of Warehouse Area & 79m2 of Ancillary Office & Staff Facilities. B. At First Floor Plan: Retention of Addition of 69m2 of Ancillary Office & Staff Facilities due to the above alterations. 2. Associated elevational adjustments including the removal of an unrequired pre-existing exit door to unit 9, and the replacement of pre-existing exit doors to units 5,8,10 and 3 with fire exit doors. All external elements such as carparking, drainage, site access and landscaping remain unaltered as a result of these building layout adjustments
